• the selected package, credit quantity, price in USD, order status, and order history;

Please do not put passwords, payment-card information, or unnecessary sensitive information in order notes or support emails.

• process package orders and free-trial requests;

Orders and trial requests

When you submit checkout, your details are transmitted to this website and stored in a WooCommerce order. Order notifications use the website’s configured email service. Essential cart and session cookies keep your selected package connected to your checkout.

Checkout creates an unpaid WooCommerce order using the details you submit. The order initially remains On hold. We will use the order email to coordinate service viewing and trial panel access. If you choose to proceed, payment is arranged afterward and the purchased package is activated only after payment confirmation. The order record will retain the selected package, credit quantity, status, and relevant order history.

Payment details are not requested at this checkout. Any future payment provider and its privacy disclosures must be identified before live payments are enabled.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information only as needed to operate the service, fulfill a request, provide support, secure the website, meet applicable obligations, or respond to a valid legal request. Relevant recipients may include providers that host the production website, deliver transactional email, support order administration, or process a payment you later authorize. The final production providers have not yet been confirmed, so this policy does not name or imply providers that are not active.

The Inter typeface is served locally by this website, without a separate Google Fonts request. This WordPress package does not add analytics, advertising, a live-chat widget, or an external payment processor. The stated 24/7 live chat & email support describes the support offering; this policy must be updated when a website chat integration or another provider is connected.

We do not make a blanket promise that information is never shared, and we do not claim that all information is stored in any one country.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical precautions appropriate to the information and service involved. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for their work. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for order administration, trial and support follow-up, security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Different records may require different retention periods. Final production schedules will be documented once the operating providers and applicable obligations are known.
